TERMS & CONDITONS:  
GENERAL: The participant has to comply with the terms and conditions of Tekno-Knights and those of the bus company. The participation includes: the trip to and from the Awakenings-festival (Spaarnwoude NL) from the pick-up points to the drop-of points (on the return  trip you have a choice of the drop-of point), entrance to the Awakenings-festival, a comfortable coach and an information package about the lineup. Not included: food , drinks or beverages, supplementary costs outside our program and insurance. Important: take your personal "medicaid" or "National Health Service"-documents with you. The Netherlands is a foreign country. A good follow-up regarding travel documents and proof of payment is essential. 
PAYMENT: Using a money transfer you must state as reference: your name, pick-up point, phone number and @mail address (just in case we have to contact you). You also can pay for several persons, in that case mention also  the amount of pax (ex: John Doe + 3 persons, so in total: 4 pax). After payment we'll send you a confirmation @mail. Only after payment can we guarantee you a seat allocation as well as the entrance to Awakeningsand the return trip.Due to the "limited" amount of seats, allocations will be on a first pay -  first serve basis in the order of the date we receive your payment. Tekno-Knights has the right to refuse pax leaving from Belgium; refused passengers will get a full refund.
PARTICIPATION: A bought seat allocation cannot be cancelled although you are allowed to donate, pass on or resell it providing you inform Tekno-Knights with the new name of the person one week before departure (this is so we can update our pax list). Tekno-Knights does not take responsibility for passed on names. The person on the payment-slip remains responsible.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF "AWAKENINGS":  A minimum age of 18 years is  required (ID has to be shown). Due to safety policy the following items will not be allowed: umbrellas, antiperspirants, glassware, all sharp edged or  inflammable items etc. Videocameras and zoomlenses are not allowed either !!!
COACH: Timetable hours are strict because of i.e. weather conditions and traffic congestion etc, times may vary, meaning there might be a slight delay but will not leave before stated time. Some pick-up points are dependant on demand (Sint-Niklaas) and are subject to cancellation. No refund can be claimed in case there is a
no-show of a pax at the departure time. At departure the participant much show his/her ID-card as well as the proof of payment (copy) and eventually your confirmation @mail(this in  order to prevent fraud that someone else would will take your seat). Return trip: the coach will leave Awakenings 26 Julne 2010 at 2330 hrs sharp. This year the festival ends at 2300 hrs. Caution: it is the pax responsibility to ensure 
that they return to the coach in good time for departure. Failure to return at 2330 hrs will 
result in the pax having to make alternative return travel arrangements at their own cost.
No refund shall be given. So please pay attention and make sure that you and your companions are still able to join the coach in good time.  
AGE & NATIONALITY: Everybody must carry their ID-card with them. A minimum of 18 years of age is a necessity. It will be verified! Passengers not belonging to the European 
Union must carry a proper visa for Belgium and the Netherlands or comply with the Schengen agreement concerning travel documents.
